Stark County Ambulance started in 1967, fulfilling a need for consistent and caring emergency transportation.
Since inception Stark County Ambulance has been a hybrid service using a mix of paid full time staff and volunteers.
Covering a total of 260 square miles in Stark, Marshall, Knox and Henry counties, our drive to serve those in need has been the primary goal and key to the longevity of Stark County Ambulance.
Stark County Ambulance is the primary emergency care provider for Toulon and Lafayette Fire districts and secondary provider for Wyoming Fire district. Toulon,Wyoming and Lafayette fire departments have excellent medical first responders who assist on all medical calls in their districts.
